Health Club Induction

Book your Health Club induction session, learn how to use the new equipment and get the best results

GYM

Prior to using the gym facilities at 250 City Road you are required to complete the Health Club induction with a Trainer from our in-house fitness provider to cover the health and safety, etiquette, and rules that are in place for all users.
Your induction will also include a full gym equipment induction to ensure your training sessions are as effective as possible.
You can also ask questions and find out information on the services available to you within the Health Club. You can book a refresher induction anytime.

GYM GUIDELINES

We want to promote health and wellness amongst our residents, whilst also encouraging members of the gym to use the facilities in a safe way. In addition to members of the gym using good judgment, we have designed these guidelines to encourage safe behaviour at all times whilst using the gym facilities.
All users must undertake a full induction and sign the Health Commitment Statement before gym access is authorised. Upon completing the induction, users can access the gym using their building access fob. Please note that users may not loan their access fob or permit its use by any other person. Allowing such misuse may result in the withdrawal of your gym access.
